Introduction

Welcome to Nanna B's wool shop, a new shop opened in memory of my much loved and greatly missed Grandparents, Barbara and Sam Bryan, who ran a successful shop called The Wool Center. Their shop was also situated in the historic town of Uttoxeter and I worked there from the age of 12 up until they retired. I would have loved to have taken over Nanna's shop but was not in a position to do so then.

Now many years later, having lost Nanna in January and Grandad in February 2008 to cancer, I am following in my Nanna's footsteps and hopefully bringing the knitting trend back into many people's lives.

I am lucky to have been taught everything I know about wool and knitting by Nanna from a very early age so hope to be able to offer help and advice to people should they need it. I also raise money for Cancer Charities by selling second-hand patterns and donate wool to people who knit items for third world and local charities.
